The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, extends his heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful on the occasion of the Islamic New Year.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai, the Speaker noted that the New Year is a time to renew our commitment to serving Allah, our Creator, and to seek His blessings throughout the year.

Falgore congratulated all Muslim faithful, urging them to remain hopeful and steadfast in the New Year, and to continue in sincere obedience to Allah’s will.
“In this New Hijri Year, we must stay positive and faithful in our actions and intentions. Faith in Allah is the key to breaking barriers and achieving what may seem humanly impossible,” he said.
“Let us remain on the path of righteousness and each contribute our quota towards making this year better for those around us.”

Falgore further reaffirmed the commitment of the Assembly to delivering quality legislation aimed at improving the living standards of Kano citizens.
